Golf Pro Event Information

We want to introduce you to a WIN-WIN concept that will benefit any group (church, school or non-profit organization) that is trying to raise money for their cause as well as increase the outing business at your club…it will also put money in your (the Golf Pro’s) pocket too!  Miracle Golf Concepts will PAY YOU for conducting these outings…you could earn as much as $1500 per outing!

The Concept

The concept is the “Golf Marathon”...it’s a simple concept to sell as well as for you to manage.  The Miracle Golf “concept” is to have small tournaments of 40 players who are the “fundraisers” for an organization.  These players are motivated to raise established amounts of pledges knowing that when they achieve specific levels they will be awarded custom fit TaylorMade Golf Equipment.  Using Miracle Golf’s method, groups can raise 8 – 10 times more than they do with a traditional 144 player outing. Charity’s average results of a 40 player outing are $40K - $50K! They can also organize the tournament in as little as 60 days. You will definitely have happy customers who are eager to sign up again for next year.

Miracle Golf’s Role

Miracle Golf assists the organization in marketing their event as well as helping manage various aspects of the event.  The Miracle Golf website has been designed to help the organizer manage the event.  Here are the things the website manages:

  1. Provides golf event details (date/time/place etc)
  2. Registers golfers online
  3. Assists golfers in obtaining pledges thru “web mail” donation requests
  4. Allows donors to pledge online using Visa/MasterCard or online checks
  5. Tracks established TaylorMade prize levels
  6. Provides event chairman/organizer with financial info (donations received) 24 hours a day

Additionally, Miracle Golf also assists the event organizer and the Golf Pro with the following tasks:

  1. Provides Golf Pro with order sheets to use when fitting
  2. Provides Golf Pro with a list of all players
  3. Places all golf equipment orders with TaylorMade
  4. Follows up on all TaylorMade orders
  5. Pays Golf Pro a fitting fee (10% of golf equipment)

Golf Pro’s Role

The Golf Pro’s role is the simplest of all!  Here are the things the Golf Pro does during the course of the event:

  1. Puts charity in touch with Miracle Golf at 214-909-7846 as soon as charity books a date at your club
  2. Runs the event in the same manner of every Monday outing
  3. Custom Fits golfers for TaylorMade golf equipment throughout the day of the event. Sometimes it’s simply a driver…often it is a full set of irons & woods
  4. Turns in order sheets to event chairman once all fittings are complete that day
  5. Gets paid a fitting fee (10% of golf equipment) from Miracle Golf

Event Organizer’s Role

The event organizer’s role is much simplified and financially far more productive by working with Miracle Golf.  Their responsibilities include:

  1. Picks a date for the event
  2. Invites a maximum of 40 players
  3. Plans breakfast/lunch/dinner for golfers at the country club
  4. Assists morning of the event with registration
  5. Utilizes Miracle Golf website to maximize success of the event
  6. Collects orders at the end of the day from the Golf Pro
